1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Bousol App, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
2. Services Provided
Bousol provides a platform for digital currency transfers (USDC) and community-based savings circles (Sòl). We facilitate cash pick-ups through partner networks like MoneyGram. Services are subject to local regulations and identity verification requirements.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
4. Fee Structure
Bousol charges transaction fees for money transfers and specific currency conversion rates may apply. All fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
Bousol App is provided 'as is' without any warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including network failures or partner service interruptions.
6. Data Protection
We take the security of your data seriously. Bousol uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to project your personal and financial information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more detailed information.
7. Modifications to the App
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the app.
8. Intellectual Property
The app and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bousol and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Bousol.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bousol operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
